    I believe the answer is: status inconsistency

    status inconsistency refers to a social phenomenon when a person's posiiton both give positive and negative score to that person's social status. Being too old in our current society is generally deemed as unproductive age (which give negative score), and being highly educated is generally give positive score to a person's social status.
