That is false. A criticism of human relations management is that it does not ignore the social context and workers' needs.

That statement is false

Human relation management is coducted by studying the behaviours of the workers and find out the reason for those behaviours. After knowing the reason, the company could create appropriate action to address it. So, technically human relation management actually make the company aware of the workers' need, not ignore it.
