According to the scenario Susan is more likely to survive the longest.

    Explanation:

Susan is more likely to survive the longest because she has emotional and instrumental social support. It is known that a very importan factor in the development of a disease, has to do with the emotional strenght a sick person has. This has a direct relation with the support a sick person can find in her love ones. The emotinal support a person has when fighting cancer is most definetly a factor in the recovery of an ill person.
