    Faith is something that you believe in, while scientific knowledge is backed up by facts and research.

    Explanation:

    For example: You can have faith that you can swim 300 miles, but from scientific research of your body, its not possible for you. Maybe you're not used to swimming, your muscles aren't well adapted to the waters, ect.
