According to a research conducted by Knapp & Hall in 1992, Arabs by far, have a high percentage of individuals who directly looking in the eyes or the faces while talking.

This is in contrast to White Americans, who only look at the face or eyes of the other person, 50% of the times while talking.

In Asian cultures, such as Japanese, Pakistani, Indians and Chinese, looking directly in the eyes can be considered rude and mostly as a sigh of Dominance.

In most Muslims countries, looking at a women's eyes or face for too long is also considered rude and sexist.
