What religions of the world had Europeans explored by late 1700

    By the late 1700s, Europeans had explored a great deal of the world. In fact, it is probably more beneficial to mention the places they had not explored.

    Antarctica/the Arctic

    Jungles/Rainforests in Oceania, Africa, SE Asia, and South America

    The highest peaks of large mountain ranges (Himalayas, Andes, etc.).
