    The answer would be : c. Tourist, Industrial Dumping, and inadequate ocean currents. Since the Mediterranean sea is really famous for its view, a lot of tourist facilities are located near the sea. But too bad a lot of them are irresponsible and dumping out their trash to the sea (there are a lot of garbage islands on Mediterranean Sea because of this)
