    Explanation:

    King who was sentenced to the Birmingham, Alabama jail, in 1963 for leading a protest without permit. He wrote a letter which was widely published in which he explained why he cannot wait for justice to be served by courts and defining the methods of to break the unjust laws and it came to be known as "Letter from Birmingham Jail". He said that it is the moral responsibility of the people to protest against the unjust laws and the protest should be done openly, lovingly, and with a willingness to accept the consequence.
