In general, presidents must state the constitutional or statutory basis for their use of executive orders.

    Answer: Option A

    Explanation:

The President in the country is considered to be the first citizen of the country and he has many powers in his hand because of his position. The president can also pass executive orders which are necessary for the working of the country and governing the affairs of the country.

But for every order that he passes, he has to tell that on what basis has he passed that order. The basis should be given in the constitution of the country.
