Clients can recover from mental illness if they have willpower.

    Explanation:

Many still consider that healing from a mental illness is similar to a matter of deciding or choosing as if consisted only of a lack of willpower-

"Just get over it". Is usually a phrase for encouraging people to solve the situation.

But it is most of the time an inaccurate description and does no good for the people with the suffering, since:

Mental illness always has a hereditary as well as a biochemical component. The genetics and environment always shape a role in turning a condition to arise like a mental health illness.

There are always efforts to eliminate the stigma but perhaps it will never be eradicated.

The stigmas are also further boosted by the media, and the portrayal of this like in movies, series and thus reinforcing the negative and irrational beliefs.
