What war was caused by the failure of the british to protect the cherokee?

    The answer is the war of 1812

    Due to british intervention in France's territory in north america, the british now involved in a conflict with a french empire and make the british was forced to escape form the territory. This make the cherookee that previously under the protection of the british became exposed which lead to the war of 1812.
