    Environmental Exposure.

    Explanation:

Individual responsibility in modifying risk factors may include leading a healthy life, eating healthy foods, taking good supplements and nutrients, regular exercises, etc. They are the responsibilities that an individual can take into their lifestyle and has control over them.

However, environmental exposure are least subject to modification or cannot be controlled as they constitute of a larger responsibility. They are those factors like neighborhood, air, hazardous workplace, unsettling environment etc. These factors cannot be altered only by an individual. It needs a combined force to modify the risk factors which may arise from it.
