When a liquid-vapor system in equilibrium experiences an increase in temperature then more and more amount of vapor started to form because an increase in temperature disturbs the equilibrium state of evaporation and condensation.

For a decrease in temperature, more amount of water is formed as the condensation rate is faster than the evaporation rate.
