    This is one of the instructions on the Butterball website. It says that when the turkey has been in the oven for some time already and is 2/3 cooked, the turkey should be loosely covered with aluminium foil. The parts to cover with the foil are the breast and top of drumsticks. This is to prevent these parts from getting overcooked. After this step all one has to do is watch the temperature until it is as per instructions.
