Just did a bit of research, all the sources agree on 4:

Republic of Cuba

Lao People's republic (Laos)

Vietnam

People's republic of China

North Korea is also technically communist but really, who knows, they're so locked down and war mongering it's impossible to tell if they've become capitalist all of a sudden : P
