According to the British colonists, how did the proclamation of 1763 conflict with the English bill of Rights?

    1763 proclamation said settlers couldn't go past the appalachian mountains, because the crown was trying to avoid a war with all the indians there.

    Or

    Because king George the 3 was sick of fighting for western Appalachian Mountains so he wrote the proclamation of 1763 which made everyone not go there, hunt, or farm there. The English bill of rights said that the other people can't tell them what to do.
