When pn is in the middle of a word, as in the term orthopnea, the primary accent is on?

    I believe the answer is: pn

    Primary accents would determine the the strongest emphasis within the word when it is verbally spoken. When people who do not understand the language hear the word, they would most likely hear the 'pn' part to be in the strongest volume compared to the other parts.
