    Here are the reasons why new France attracted few colonist:

    - Not many push factors from France

    - people scared of disease (such smallpox, typhus, cholera, and dysentery that couldn't be handled by their current medical knowledge)

    - Indian raids (due to the anger that they felt because the Europeans stole their lands)

    - bad climate (which make the new france a bad soil for agriculture business)
