    · A pilot who is operating the plane

    · An individual that is operating equipment that are used for construction such as maintenance of high ways or building up certain sites

    · An individual that is operating a vehicle that is authorized and used of emergency

    · An individual who has a hearing impairment and made use of it in assistance for the individual
