In the mid-17th century of Britain, the Navigation Acts was established. These acts was made mainly for safeguarding English shipping, and ensuring profit from the colonies. The British Government added many taxes such as Tea Act, Quartering Act, Stamp Act, etc. without allowing the participation of the Thirteen colonies. The Loyalist view on the Tea Act or Boston Party Act was that since the British government had financial crisis over the Boston tea party, and the act was established to get more funds from the colonies. Their perspective on this act is that this is a form of treachery towards the king.
