    The answer is "Entrepreneurship"

Entrepreneurship is the capacity and willingness of private citizens to create, develop, organize and manage a business venture, taking certain economic risks, in order to produce a profit. This is possible in a democratic and free society because entrepreneurs have the right of economic freedom, to create and to challenge, through their business, existing economic, social, and political structures without government direction or intervention; they only have to abide by the general regulation of business as established in law.
