On what basis is japan considered a homogeneous country

    Well, the japanese people were really well known for having a huge 'pride' for their country and ethnicity

    Racial politic can also be nasty in Japan, in which only the one with Japanese ethnicity could be involved in politic. There are a lot of case in which Japanese politicians kill themselves because 'they fail to live up to the country's expectation'
