What is the modern spelling of the pilgrims colony

    The modern spelling would be the Plymouth Colony.

    Between the period of 1620 - 1647, William Bradword use the phrase "Of Plimouth Plantation" to describe the plantation.

    Over the years, cultural difussion happened within that region and eventually people refer to the colony as the Plymouth colony.
