    The correct answer is Pennsylvania.

    The capital of Pennsylvania is Harrisburg.

    The general belief around Harrisburg being the capital is that it was moved from Philadelphia to Lancaster because of disease and then moved from Lancaster to Harrisburg because land was available and it was generally centrally located.
