    Explanation:

    Boot Camp is essential in the Military. It is a preparatory method used to strengthen those in the Army, Navy, and Air force, both mentally and physically. It is mostly used by the United States Military as an intensive training method. The purpose of the intensive training is to instill discipline, humility, willingness to follow commands, sacrifice, etc.

    A child or teenager who does a criminal act (Juvenile) is not to be put in prison, instead, they are punished using the Military training methods (Boot camp). It rehabilitates the juvenile mentally and physically. Rehabilitation programs like vocational training, drug treatment, among others are organized, to better reform the juvenile and reduce crime rates.
