    Uneven development

    Explanation:

Uneven development simply describes an uneven distribution of individuals, wealth, and resources which are basic features of human geography. This takes place at all levels including locally, regionally, nationally, and even globally. In the case of Haiti, the distribution is based on wealth and hence some people can afford electricity, while some others cannot.
