Explanation: The instructor and the students can never have the same view of the classroom database that they are using in this course because they will different opinions which would lead to other thoughts from either party. Concurrency control is the activity of co - ordinating concurrent accesses to a data - base in a multiuser database management system (DBMS). Concurrency control permits users to access a database in a multi - programmed fashion while preserving the illusion that each user is executing alone on a dedicated system. No, the classroom for this course does not demonstrate a need for Concurrency Control because their opinions is still being compared with the instructor and also the illusion that each user is executing alone on a dedicated system.
