    I have this question right now and im pretty sure it's japan, China, and South Korea.

    Explanation:

    Japan is known as a constitutional monarchy. And Hong Kong which is in China, has its own constitution, which protects citizens' rights. South Korea i dont really have the evidence but those were the answers on what i had.
