    Answer:Individual differences are the psychological and emotional characteristics which distinguish one person from another person.

    Personality traits is an habitual pattern of behaviour, thought and emotions. it is always stable and consistent.

    Intelligence is a mental ability to quickly reason, understand and calculate.

    Multiple intelligence has 8 modalities according to Havard These are;

    Visual partial

    Verbal linguistic

    Musical rhythmic

    Logical mathematical

    Interpersonal

    Intrapersonal and Naturalistic.

    The big five personality dimensions are:

    Openness:These are people that are curious, imaginative and adventurous.

    Conscientiousness; People that are organised, disciplines and hard-working.

    Extraversion:People that are sociable, talkative and fun to be with.

    Agreeableness; People that agrees with other people's opinion. They don't force their opinion on others.

    Neuroticism; People that experience negative emotions such as sadness, anger and worry.

    Personality affects our work performance because personality is a motor that drives behaviour.

    Core self evaluation refers to how individuals make worth of themselves. This shows whether they have the capability to handle the challenges they face in life.

    Concepts of core self core evaluation.

    High self core evaluation:These people think highly of themselves. They believe in their abilities to overcome any challenges they come across.

    Low self core evaluation; These are individuals that think lowly of themselves. They are afraid to break barriers and o welcome challenges. They usually don't believe in their abilities.

    Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand your own emotions and also recognise, discern and I terprte the emotions of others.

    Emotional intelligence goes a long way in determining how colleugeues relates with each other at work place.

    It also determine their overall performance at work place.

    Emotions can be defined as the feelings that comes with one's mood. it can be a feeling of joy, sadness, anger, passion, love and many more.
