    Explanation: Eating late at night, as in this case, and even strong coffee before training, and chocolate yogurt after training, and wine before bedtime, means that those muscles in charge of digestion must work and be active when they need to rest. It certainly causes insomnia, that is, possible problems for us to get some sleep, but also to achieve during that dream that peaceful phase of sleep that is very important. Coffee also contributes to making it harder to sleep.
