    Catatonic

There are five main subtypes of schizophrenia. They are:

Catatonic - These people may assume peculiar postures and remain motionless for extended periods of time. And they may also seem agitated and move around restlessly. But always without external stimulus.

Paranoid - This is marked by themed delusions such as being persecuted or having grandeur. Oddly enough, these people are often capable of living, working, and caring for themselves.

Disorganized - Is shown by disorganized speech and behavior. They're frequently highly impaired in daily life and self-care.

Undifferentiated - May resemble other diseases.

Residual - Is typically the result when major symptoms have been treated. The victim may still have infrequent delusions or hallucinations, but not serious enough to significantly impair them.

Of the five subtypes, catatonic is the closest match to the described symptoms in the question.
