Companies that provide child care facilities face liability concerns. At the highest level of involvement, organizations provide vouchers or discounts for employees to use at existing child care facilities. Child care must include death benefits for it to be considered as a qualified plan. Child care should be limited to provision of leaves to employees. Provision of child care is mandatory under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
