Actually any government for that matter will raise money in the form of indirect taxes levied on all their citizens or people unnecessarily as they want to show their brutal position powers, ie, which means the government will find all the legal and some illegal ways, where they can mint or raise big money as much as possible, of which only a small amount is used back for the peoples wellbeing, which is very sad part on the people.
