During the summer, a buyer purchased a commercial building with a tile roof that appeared to be in good condition. in the fall, when the first major rain came, the buyer noticed that the roof leaked in many places. when the buyer contacted the listing agent, the agent stated that the seller had mentioned problems with the roof, but the agent never brought it up with the buyer because "he didn't ask." if this case went to court:

    With the given situation above, the buyer could be able to recover to the broker and the seller, in which she could sue the broker for he has brought up the complication which she does not know of, suing him will be possible for the amount that she has to pay to the buyer. The broker should have told the buyer the issues in the building before the buyer could even buy it, this will avoid serious complications such as him, being sued.
