Tokoni is a student at Fresno State University who recently got his first F. Now he has to make a decision about how to get his grades back up. Having recently taken a class on decision making, Tokoni decides to follow the six-step process for deciding what to do.     In the decision-making process, Tokoni will most likely face the problem of finding the right solution that will work.

    Since there are many solutions, the person will face them and have to try some solutions to see if it is working so every time that some solution shoves bad, this person will face the difficulty as the problem.

    Tokoni will find over time the appropriate solution for the successful realization.
