Why did the women's right's movement lose steam in the mid-19th century?

    Answer: On august 18, 1920, the 19th amendment (The 19th Amendment granted American women the right to vote) was added to the constitution. After this Amendment was added, most women beloved they got full equal rights and decided to stop the womens right movement.
