    Vandalism basically a form of violation that is conducted outside a generally accepted ruled/standards among specific social groups.

    An action that could be considered as a vandalism in a certain social group may not be considered as such in another social group. (for example, it is considered legal to create a street painting in some part of Rio de Janeiro)
