Some people choose not to vote because some people can't or they just don't care.

Think about it if you were to do an election for two females and you are a sexist you wouldn't vote at all. If you were racist would you be voting for a different race i really doubt it. If the person was not a family man but a bachelor do you really want that man diciding your child's life? If you were a very religious person and the election had two people of different faiths from your would you vote? If they we're a different party or had behavior you didn't care for you wouldn't vote for them. Would you?
