Paraphilia or as it was known before as sexual deviation is an sexual attraction or intense arousal towards behaviors, individuals, atypical objects and fantasies. Another criterion would be sexual behaviors that involve unwilling individual or the one who can not give consent and the behaviors that can cause harm.

Sexual behaviors that cause harm or involve someone who cannot or will not consent. The DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for exhibitionistic disorder are as follows : The patient experiences recurrent and intense sexual arousal (manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviors) related to exposing the genitals to a stranger; symptoms must be present for at least 6 months.
