Andy carelessly leaves a campfire burning. The fires not only burns down a portion of the forest, but spreads to a nearby chemical plant and causes an explosion. The chemicals spill into the river killing all the fish for a hundred miles downstream. A fishing resort located on the river experiences financial ruin. If the fishing resort sues Andy for negligence, what is his best defense?

    Unintentional as it was due to the spread of the wind.

    Explanation:

    He does not have much defense, as he carelessly left the camp fire burning, yes he never expected it to spread, so it was unintentional that he left it burning resulting to that such disaster, his best defence is unintentional.
