Mikai is ready for his test in science. He gets nine hours of sleep the night before the test and wakes up to have a breakfast of yogurt and fruit. He walks into the classroom and takes a seat at the back of the class so he can be alone and avoid distractions. What can Mikai do to improve his test-taking strategy?

    He can become more social so that he will be less stressed.

    Mikai can prepare everything he needs for that day the night before so he doesn't have to worry about anything that morning, and also so that he can have a clear mind.
