Though it does not seem appropriate but taking precedence over the travel plans of thousands of constituents by the highly important elected official like President of the United States is the necessity of time. The elected official like United States President is a highly important person, and is the one who may have threats of life, or whose time is more important than anyone else, so to give him security and give him precedence over several travel plans of his or her constituents is far more important and necessary. We must realize that the security of this person is extremely important. So it is totally fair to give him precedence.
