    Fundamental Attribution Error is the error that is created when a person tends to over-highlight traits and behavior of other person and avoid situational factors. It can also be indicated as over attribution effect.

    People tends to base their explanation of any event on personal characteristics of other person whom they do not like that caused any happening or act and do not consider external factor that might have caused happening for such people.
