    Option B

    Explanation:

Grouping them into smaller groups is way better off, because solutions and ideas can come faster from smaller groups of people that larger groups, in larger groups there will be a lot of deliberations, arguments and even fights of over idea and that cant be a good method to get the best out of people, in smaller groups they tend to figure things out faster and better, individual skills can be expressed easily and communication will be effective. The dull will be smart as soon as he / she see the level of people in the group and relationship and team work can be built easily unlike in larger group. So the best option that can make the professor achieve his aim is by going with option B., assigning people into smaller groups.
