    The following was the result of "the Battle of the Spanish Armada":

    England became a Protestant nation.

    After the Battle, the Spanish were defeated, leading to the rise of moral amongst the British. No longer wanting to be affiliated with "the old ways of the Spanish", Catholicism was seen as too Spanish, and Protestantism was now promoted and popular amongst the British who were prideful about their heritage and may have believed that God was supporting them.
