Why do district borders need to be redrawn every ten years?

    Really to me, I think to keep surten people who Donald Trump thinks that aren't. Google says that the districts also may change demographically. That's why district boundaries are redrawn every ten years to ensure each district has about the same number of people and that districts are reflective and representative of the electorate. Each state decides. In my opinion, I think it's unfair.
