A police arrested a man who speaks no English and read him his Miranda rights (in English). The police then interrogated the man until he confessed to committing the crime.

Is this a civil or criminal case? How do you know?

Which court has original jurisdiction in the case: state court, federal court, or the U. S. Supreme Court?

Where will the case go next if it is appealed?

The case would become a criminal case, as the man would have been arrested under jurisdiction of criminal courts, and would be appealed to a jury form the district they live in and the crime was committed in. This also give jurisdiction to the original court the case was appealed in, unless the defendant appeals to a higher court.
