These questions are part of a physical examination performed by a doctor. The examination is broken into two parts. The first part are questions about current medical problems, family history, medications, changes in health and medications and then these type of specific questions around complaints that are common in certain anatomical regions. The second part of the exam the doctor will then palpate the patients body and perform tests.
