Hector addressed the three basic issues of reasoning, ethics and lastly, organization and evidence in his persuasive speech on bullying.

With respect to ethics, this could be seen in his reference to the need to recognize the signs of bullying and how to respond appropriately due to the fact that, it is an ethically right thing to do.

On the otherhand, the basic issue on reasoning is on the fact that, everyone should be aware that bullying is everyone's problem rather than the impression that it is a problem meant for few people.
