    That statement is true.

    In business management, open-door policy refers to the effort taken by the manager/organization to make the leaders of their organization became easily accessible for the subordinates.

    This type of policy would be really ideal for the company who want to take care of their employee's concerns and hear out all of their ideas/aspirations.
